Nature of the Website

This is a private reference site. It does not store official jail, court, warrant, booking, or corrections records, and it cannot verify custody status, release a person, or file documents with any agency. Arkansas public-record access belongs with the originating public office under laws such as the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, including A.C.A. Section 25-19-105.

The site points users toward Union County inmate and jail-record resources and may connect visitors with third-party research tools.
